Education : UNITEN

Here is how much a degree course would cost in UNITEN today, courtesy of Sir Ahmad Kamal Kadir & the UNITEN website (www.uniten.edu.my).

UNITEN is a local private university and the main campus is in Bangi, Selangor. I hope the info provided here will give you an insight on how much a decent education costs these days.

While reviewing, please keep in mind that these figures only represent the tuition fees. That means, accommodation, food, books, transportation and other major living expenses have been omitted.

Also, do take note that due to inflation at 4% per annum, the total amount of tuition fees for a full degree course would be more than double in 18 years time.

    Hi Aisya !

I can’t be biased on this issue nor can i really give a full recommendation on it. There is no exact wrong or right as the word ‘good’ can be very subjective. What I can tell you is I have many friends who were among the pioneer batch on UNITEN students in finance & today are working in big companies, holding big responsibilities.

One of them is doing international trade overseas & is in charge of funds amounting to tens of millions of dollars in daily transactions.

Another one is running her own business in the financial services sector & leads a team of 15 financial consultants.

I also have a friend who is one of the youngest government officers in his current rank & designation.

All of these people had 1 thing in common. They began their tertiary education in UNITEN in the area of finance & it has only been less than 7 years since they graduated but have become towering infernos in their field of work.

And another thing you might want to know, they are all currently earning 5 figure incomes.

there is something i want to know and that is would i be able to continue my education with a bachelor degree in electronical engineering from UNITEN in countires like England or Australia, Canada?

I am about to enroll for a School of Business Online, and I am a bit worried about my studying habits. I have historically been a slacker. Normally in the past I would wait for the end of the semester to do all of my assignments, but if I attend online schooling that is not going to be an option because all assignments and tests have a deadline through the course of the semester.
