For Malaysian Jobseekers

I do hope that it will shed some light for you recent graduates out there. Provided that you have some additional ‘market value’ there shall always be a dream job out there for each of and everyone of us. The only thing is you gotta get out and find it !

“Being in the Malaysia job market for over 5 years, I came to realize that many job seekers do not have the grasp of information and the know-how needed for them to survive in the competitive job market. I see them every year. The names and the faces change, but the cycle continues. The problems that keep on haunting the job seekers are only centered on the same sets of problems. They are alone, confused and often at lost. I term this as the ‘Dilemma of Malaysian Job Seekers’.

I decided it’s time to share the experience gained and the information gathered in the form of a practical hands-on guide. It is from the true experience of a recruitment consultant. As consultants, we become the ‘bridge’ between the employers and the candidates. We gather the expectations from the employers, and we gauge whether the candidates can deliver. Even though the unemployment issue is a very familiar subject in Malaysia, the depth of information covered in this book is nowhere near what you can find from other resources and books in Malaysia. This I can assure you.”
